This page contains
links to information on Arcam components that are no longer in
production.
Since this info has simply been moved
from our regular Arcam page to this archive page, it only contains
information on products that have been discontinued since May 2004
(the date we switched over to this new website format).
Some info (like
user manuals) for older products can sometimes be found on Arcam's
Web site. Use the Manufacturer's link from the menu above.
On Arcam's site select "quick links" and "Handbooks". |

FMJ DV29 DVD-Audio Player-
$2999 The DV29 was one of the world's
most advanced DVD Players when introduced in
September 2004. Designed and built in the UK,
it was
the world's first
production DVD player with a full specification HDMI
output. The DV29 transmits digital
video and up to 6 channels of high definition audio to a compatible
receiver or processor. This makes it an ideal
connection for surround music (e.g. DVD-Audio) and of course DVD movies.

DiVA P80 - $899
The P80 is based on the A80 integrated
amplifier. Adding a P80 to an A80 or other Arcam integrated amplifier,
such as the A65 plus, is one of the most cost effective upgrades you can
make to a hi-fi system that incorporates bi-wireable loudspeakers.

FMJ DV27A DVD-Audio Player-
$2999 The
DV27A was superseded (in terms of both audio and video performance)
by the DV29 in October 2004. The DV27A was
the only player we knew of then that offered both interlaced and
progressive video at the same time. This
DVD player made it very useful in
multi-room installations where the prog scan was required for the
main room and interlaced video was sent through the rest of the
house.

DiVA AVR200 5.1 Receiver -
$1199 There was
quite a buzz when Arcam introduced the original AVR100, the first
surround receiver to take an "audiophile" approach to sound quality.
With the AVR200, Arcam continues to refine that design.
